Doctor Patrick is very very open to questions and discussions. Just that sometimes he tends to explain things in pure medical terms which becomes a bit confusing to understand. But if u ask again and let him know that u haven't understood, he is more than willing to explain it again. My thyroid levels have improved a lot. However, it requires further treatment due to the alteration in levels. But whatever i have experienced till date, the overall experience has been very good.
