Avoid Psychological Associates, P.A. at all cost! They have held our son’s ADHD/Autism test results without giving us or Tricare the full results and reports for over a year. Our son was diagnosed with ADHD and Mild Autism over a year ago, and we have NEVER gotten the full results nor has tricare so we can actually get our son the care he needs. We have called, left countless voicemails, gone up to the office numerous times, and have been told so many conflicting reasons on why we have never gotten the full report on our son. No ABA providers will see our son to help him with his conditions, and Tricare will not approve a referral to ABA therapy without the referral and full report either. At first we were told we were already emailed the full report. Then we were told they did not do all the testing and they had us fill out more paperwork almost a year after the initial assessment. Then we were told Dr Spencer did not fill out all the paperwork he was supposed to but now he has and just needs to sign something. Now we are being told Dr Spencer now has to make up an observational report that was either lost by them or never completed. He is now going to fill out paperwork over a year after seeing out son without any follow up. I am beyond tired of waiting for the reports, diagnosis, and referral we were owed OVER A YEAR AGO. This is utterly ridiculous my 11 year old son is paying the price for their incompetence. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH THE MENTAL HEALTH OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS!
