The horrible billing department for this one and many other radiology is Beverly Radiology billing -- it is a nightmare! Especially if you have good insurance with a second payer (Medicaid / Medi-Cal / TRICARE, etc.)! They will send you a bill ASAP saying you need to pay the remaining balance in full online, before they have even invoiced your second payer. I called for 3 months every week to get to re-bill the correct charge. I also asked to have a supervisor call me back (within a 48 hour turnaround) 4 times each week, with no return call.
You are calling a black hole, the company doesn't care and doesn't change amid numerous name changes: Wave Imaging, RadNet Inc., West Coast Radiology Center, Santa Ana Radiology Center.
Avoid if possible!!
