The Genesee Valley Health Partnership (GVHP) is a non-profit, rural health network of more than 40 organizations that are based in Livingston County or provide services to Livingston County residents. GVHP is funded by the New York State Department of Health, Charles D. Cook Office or Rural Health. GVHP’s mission is to improve the health and well-being of the Livingston County community through collaboration, education and prevention. GVHP implements a broad range of activities that focus on a variety of health topics, including improving access to care, promoting a safe environment, preventing and managing chronic disease, and improving social and emotional health.
