I was in a lot of pain when I went to the St. Elizabeth Grant Hospital ED in Williamstown, KY. Everyone I came into contact with, from the security guard and receptionist to the lab tech, nurse, and physician, were all so caring and concerned, doing what they could to help my situation. The kindness shown to me did so much to make me feel better. I'd like to put in a special word for Dr. A. Summe as well as a male nurse, whose name I wish I had written down. They were especially kind and helped me tremendously. Thanks to you all!
