Over all the hospital is great, but the "Emergency Room" is terrible. I've sat in the Emergency Room for up to 13 hours before seeing anyone!
And the atmosphere is laid back and relaxed, too.
It's fraud to call it an Emergency Room!

My broken collarbone was promptly looked at and x-rayed. I was provided an arm sling and a prescription for pain meds.
