A state-of-the-art replacement hospital opened in Hiram in 2014. Today, it features 112 private inpatient rooms, 40 emergency exam and pediatric emergency exam rooms, seven surgical suites, two GI-specific surgical suites, a bronchoscopy suite and decentralized nursing stations.

In a Reader's Digest version of events - If I could rate my experience, it would be a -10. I have been cared for at this hospital by many wonderful practitioners, with full exception of Neurosurgery. With an attempt to inquire about a follow up to orders of imaging, I have been denied a follow up and am no longer welcome to the practice. I write this in hopes that no one else is treated poorly. If so, please make your voice heard so this doesn't continue. WellStar sends many experience surveys and most of mine have been positive. Please improve this treatment for future patients. Thank you.
