Services Used: Surgery

The facility itself and the administrative staff was a nightmare. None of the elevators worked, and there was no signage to direct you to a non-elevator entrance. The Andrew's Sports Medicine Staff was great, but the general front desk and billing staff was very difficult to deal with.
