Caitlin is originally from New Mexico, but she considers Colorado home. She moved to Broomfield, Colorado her senior of high school and then attended the University of Colorado where she received her bachelor’s in nursing in 2008. That same year, she married her husband and started her life as a military spouse and registered nurse, living/working in California, Alabama and New Mexico. After her husband left the Air Force, they moved to Indianapolis where she earned a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Indianapolis in 2018. She is licensed as a family nurse practitioner, but her passion has always been women’s health. Caitlin has four years of experience working as an OB/Gyn registered nurse. She has three years of experience working as a nurse practitioner in a very busy OB/Gyn office. Caitlin joined SCL Health because her personal values and high patient care standards align with the values and expectations of the organization.“My mission in life is to care for, empower and improve the health of all women. I believe women are unique and deserve personalized care that balances their specific roles with their perception of health and well-being. My role is to act as a liaison by educating and providing a sound, safe and up-to-date medical perspective. This team-based approach produces the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction.”Caitlin and her husband moved back to Colorado so they could spend more time with their family that lives in the area; they are very happy to “be home.” In Caitlin’s free time, she enjoys cooking (especially if baking is involved), traveling (especially if it is warm and has a beach), decorating/crafting and spending time outdoors. She has two elementary-aged kids, including a “mini-me” daughter and a very energetic son. She also has a cute Cavapoo puppy!
