Buxton is board-certified physician specializing in adult neurology with subspecialty certification in clinical neurophysiology and additional certification in electrodiagnostic medicine. Dr. Buxton's special interests include neuropathies, especially those secondary to autoimmune disorders and other systemic processes, as well as the clinical interfaces between neurology, rheumatology and orthopedics. An active and experienced neuro-diagnostician, Dr. Buxton’s practice is well established in electromyography, evoked potentials, and now neuromuscular ultrasound, as well as in electroencephalography.
