After Murphy really screwed up my surgery, I contacted another surgeon because the wound was not healing. This surgeon referred me to UC Davis for reconstructive surgery to repair the damage Murphy had done. It was explained to me that the reason for the referral to UC Davis was because there were no surgeons in the area who could take on the amount of reconstruction I needed. I wish I had used someone competent in the first place.
