I would certainly not advise anyone to seek mental health assistance from Shatha. She is condescending and incompetent with mental health knowledge. My issue is ADHD. She rushed through my session with her and didn’t listen to anything I had to say. She evaluated me in under 20 minutes even though I payed for a full hour of service that was only supposed to be a check up on the medication I was recently prescribed by an actual psychiatrist that just retired. She told me she was taking me off of the medication I said was working very well for me and improving the areas in my life that I was lacking in (concentration and sleep). She told me that I didn’t have adhd and that I had a disorder she refused to name and refused to tell me why she though the medication she was trying to prescribe me was a good fit. She then tried to gaslight me for getting upset with her over these things and asked me if I needed to get picked up by an ambulance and go to the mental hospital.
