Dr.Rao was born in Karnataka,India and received medical degree(M.B.B.S) in 2003 at M.S.Ramaiah Medical school ,Bangalore, India. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Newark Beth Israel Medical center, in Newark, NJ and graduated in 2010, where she served as chief resident from 2009-2010. After finishing residency training, Dr.Rao joined fellowship in Robotic ,Minimally Invasive and Gynecologic surgery at St. Joseph’s Medical group in Atlanta ,GA and graduated in 2012.Dr.Rao joined Complete Women’s Healthcare in 2012 and has special clinical interests in Preventive care & minimally invasive surgery.
