Michelle is not only a bad provider she is actually the most unprofessional person I've ever seen. From the very first visit she had overpowering sense of superiority. She tried to send me to another provider from the very first visit before I ever walked into the room with her. Most likely because she didn't want to deal with all of the health issues I have. Then she got angry with me when I refused to implant a medical device into my body. But the worse thing is that she cancelled appts on me at the last minute, several times and said she would send in my prescriptions to the pharmacy for me, that month. But then, she would forget to send the medicine in for days, causing me to get sick. The last thing she did was she dumped me as a pt. when I complained about her cancelling my appts or not being there when I showed up for my appt. The last month I went to her office to see her she wasn't even there. It had been 3 months since she saw me face to face or even on a video call, nothing. Instead of seeing her, I was escorted back and told by her Medical Asst. that she wasn't there and that I would be being seen by another nursing staff instead. So, as I was speaking to the Medical Asst. I realized that she was the "nursing staff that she had mentioned. I immediately got angry because I'm not there to see a Medical Asst, I was there to see a N.P. And I know for a fact that it's against the law for a M.A.to dispense the medications that she had been letting them do in her stead. I guess she thinks she above the law and can behave anyway she wants because she holds your life in her hands. She knew that and held my medicine over my head on a monthly basis. Don't see her unless you want to be talked down to and then treated like a 2nd class citizen. Or worse dumped for no reason, because she doesn't like being called her out on her unprofessional behaviors.

I'm adding to what was said by previous reviewer. She got it all right. A few things I want to add. This person is RUDE! She talks down to the patients, doesn't want to hear anything from you, treats you as if a disobedient child, makes THREATS to take away ones pain meds if you do not do exactly as she says, she' trying to force my husband & me onto the highly addictive opioids. You are not suppose to prescribe opioids to a former addict. She says I will take them because she is going to take away my low dose meds. Also trying to force us into having devices put in our bodies. I am 74, very healthy. I have Sjogren's Syndrome. Look it up if you do not know what it is. It's an auto-immune disorder. It causes body PAINS, massive pain. I'm on low dose Tramadol & it keeps it pretty much under control. She doesn't care. As she has said: She's in charge. I wouldn't recommend her to even my worst enemy if I had one. Beware, she's not a doctor. She's a NURSE PRACTITIONER! She's the worse. She thinks she's GOD & she's not.

She was very non-feeling. Very full of herself. I was shocked at the way i was treated. I felt like a third class citizen.
Never would i recommend her to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.
