Dr. Caccioppo has been my neurologist for several years. Dr. C is extremely knowledgeable about the medical issue that I see him for. He makes sure that he keeps me as a partner in my care and never talks down to me; I always understand my treatment plan clearly. If changes are needed and made, it is a joint discussion and decision. Dr. Caccioppo has always been upfront and honest about all of my diagnoses and treatments. Whenever there are new developments he is quick to discuss them with me. On the flip side, if I ever have questions, Dr. C has always been upfront if he is not sure about an answer, but has always gotten back to me or lead me to the right source(s) to get the information that I need. When I initially arrive for my appointments, I am called by name and the receptionists even know why I am there. They are always pleasant with me and we engage in delightful conversations no matter how busy they may be. If I ever have need to call into the office, I am always treated with great respect. I am so thankful to have such a great team to help me work through my medical issues and it makes me feel confident I am getting the best care possible.
