so getting a appointment nd the follow ups was terrible at best

dr hamer himself is a fine doctor, as far as his staff his office manager, IS VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL she did not do the follow up with my insurance and she made getting my appointments a nightmare, i quit going there when DR HAMER SIDED WITH HER, its not my responsibility to call the insurance company, i was double insured the whole time i was there, so insurance was NOT THE PROBLEM, if she would have done her job i would still be going there, other patients told me the same issue
she is incompetent at best
