I have been seeing Dr Higley as my Primary car physician for nearly half my life! 15yrs! Each and everytime I need to go for a visit Dr Higley is always in an upbeat positive mood. He always takes the time to listen and is never in a rush. I have had nothing but superior care but am a little sad now that it switched over from Falls Family Practice to Cleveland clinic.
