Dr. Kirwan and her team are very uncaring and unsympathetic to their patients. An outstanding balance due to her has prevented me from receiving a much-needed clearance appointment prior to a vital, quality of life improving surgery. She basically held my surgery at ransom for a few bucks after her and her practice have made hundreds upon thousands of dollars due to my cardiac misfortunes. Please heed this warning and find a cardiologist that has some semblance of proper bedside manner. Profit over patients seems to be at play in this office. Administrative staff seems to mirror the doctor's lack of empathy.
