One of his staff was EXTREMELY UNPROFFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND UNHELPFUL!! There are 2 other staff member were deceptive. I was at the office 5 minutes early and his office was busy. When it was my turn, they thought I was there for a follow-up visit. I've informed them this the visit was to address my shoulder pain. While they were troublshooting the error, I've informed them that I need to be done by 2:30pm or I will loose my ride. It's now was 2:30 and I've asked them to check with the doctor if he would pay for my uber ride. About 10 minutes later, I again asked about the uber ride and I was informed "yeah, thats way you are here". After the procedure was completed, I've asked who can I ask about the uber ride and I was informed to see the front desk. I asked the front desk and she said "we don't have an uder account". This is when the fun had started.... Threats of calling the police, threats of kicking me out of the facility. VERY EXTREMELY UNPROFFESSIONAL and RUDE.
