I had my health insured with MAX BUPA 2 years back, i did not had any claim experience so far with this insurance policy. The premium amount was very high when compared to other insurance, it is for Rs 18000. I have a coverage value of Rs 10 lakhs for this insurance policy.

I got extra ordinary benefits in single policy. I will get regular alerts regarding policy premium. The customer care is also good and well responsive. They intimates my policy renewal date to renew the policy on time.

Max life is very good insurance. I purchased 3 policy from max insurance.max life have many plan of insurance for their customers. all are very good and with reasonable premium.
the agent behavior of agents is appreciable. The claim settle ration is approx 99 percent.

I had taken an insurance from Max Life Insurance since 12 years ago. During the whole span I feel that the service of the company is very good . Always they remind me through SMS, mail and some time via post in hard copy regarding payment of premiums and survival benifit. Now my said policy gone matured and the maturity amount directly credited in my account before one day of maturity. Their offices are well maintained and staffs are also well behaved and cooperates nicely. Return against my policy is also upto the mark and comparatively more than govt insurance company. I recommend if any one want to take insurance policy than must check Max Life Insurance.

Hi friends, last year I have taken max life insurance policy actully my uncle forced me to take it because he is working in Max life insurance company. Before taking the policy I was very nervous but after taking it I am really very satissfied because they are stick to their terms and conditions. They never fraud people . They gave me all the documents and update me every month by sending messages on my phone . My uncle describe me very well about it. Best of all Max is trustworthy. I took my health insurance with Max Bupa 4 years ago. I never used the policy any time. But am not happy with the cashless facility which was not yet informed to me. There is no helpline number to contact the customer care. The policy coverage was 2.5L. This insurance was taken only for me. I am paying yearly Rs.5000 to 6000 as a premium through net banking.
