I have my health insured with Bharti Axa from last 2 years, i am not aware of the premium amount as my company pays it. I have a coverage value of Rs 5 lakhs which is quite sufficient fort this insurance
Bharti AXA life Insurance is not Friendly Insurance company. I took life insurance from there. I invested bulk amount but there agent misused my policy. He not come for collect premium. I was contact to customer support, but from there no response for my policy.
They issuing range of plans before joining, but after joined they not responding properly. There customer service are not satisfied.
I requested for my refund, but till now no response from them side.

I find this company very good and trustworty, because the process for enrollment is very smooth. The best part is when u enroll for a policy the process is done under video recording for a quality of company and a security of the customer.and they provide one copy to the customer also which I found that ya this company is definetly trustworthy.one more thing is very good that they provide you a full door step service.because of door step service there is a chance of forgery if u give a hard cash as a premium.so one suggestion for all the investors please pay the premium either with your pos machine thru your debit/credit card or by credit card.thank you

I had applied and got a health insurance policy from BHARTI AXA GENERAL INSURANCE through a on line partner. I didn't have any claim experience so i cant able to comment on it. But they have a good claim settlement process. I can prefer on line payment type facility to renew my Health insurance policies.
