enrolled my wife over two weeks previously and the agent says that they will e-mail me the program summary and also mail me their program brochure. NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSES BY E-MAIL OR MAIL. ON 12-07-2022 ,WE RECEIVED THE MEMBERSHIP CARD AND TRIED TO CALL THEM TO CONFIRM AND TO ASK WHO IS MY AGENT. SPOKE TO 6 PEOPLE WHO CLAIM TO TRANSFER ME TO A SUPERVISOR BUT LEFT ME ON HANGING FOR SEVERAL MINUTE AND HANG UP. FINALLY ON THE SECOND DAY I GOT A PERSON FROM PHOENIX,AZ . WHO TRIED TO HELP ME AND GAVE ME THE AGENT INVOLVE WHO SENT US THE WRONG PLAN ,ETC.ETC. TRIED TO REACH HER BUT SHE NEVER RESPONDED . TRIED AGAIN THE NEXT DAY TO GET HELP BUT NO SUCCESS AFTER SEVERAL CALLS. THE INTERNET ONLY SHOWS ONE OFFICE IN WESTMINSTER,CA BUT GOT NO HELP AND THEY LEFT YOU HANGING AND THEN CUT YOU OFF. I GUESS THIS IS OWN BY OBAMA, CLINTON AND NOW BIDEN TO REPLACE OBAMA CARE WHICH WAS A SCAM.

This is the worse insurance I have ever had as far as medical service, and payment to providers. They have made no payments to my primary provider since the first of the year. She has requested that I see specialists, and I have waited forever for the approval for these requests. I have cancer on my face, but am still waiting to see a doctor. I had a colon test, and need to see a specialist regarding the results. Still no approval for that request. I tried complaining to Medicare, and they say to call them. I have made MANY calls to them with NO results.
As far as I am concerned, this company should not be allowed to take my medicare money, when they do not use it for my medical needs.
