Been with BCBS many many years now never had anything bad happen with them. They always polite and they are always willing to help if any issues arise. Which is not often ! Affordable.

Customer service is good. If someone that you talk to cannot answer your question, they will find someone who can without getting transferred to multiple people.

It may be expensive but is acceptable at all doctors and hospitals we use for my family. I like the work out program that they offer a discount at any gym facilities.

Had to jump through hoops for almost two years before I dropped them for health alliance in order to have surgery that I needed. Also very costly for insurance that won't work for you when you need it most.

Poorest customer service insurance company for both patient and provider to deal with. Attempting to have a procedure and they could not tell either myself or doctor if it required prior auth. It was a nightmare. Poor service

This is the absolute worst insurance for providers to have to contact to obtain information about a plan's prior authorization request. The automated phone circle is absolutely ridiculous. You cannot get a live person and the system is extremely unhelpful. WOULD NEVER USE THIS PLAN

We have bcbs ppo fed plan through my husbands work. He is in the military. Delivery for our daughter was only 125$. Free breast pump which is mailed to you with a simple phone call. Customer service was great. I have no complaints so far with this plan.
