Jenny Lancey-Flammia has been a teacher of energy work and leader of guided meditations since 2010. Growing up she learned about the traditional ways of energy and its amazing ability to heal. She began to study many theories and ways to work with energy at a very young age. Through self study, research and courses she became an instructor of Reiki, Polarity, and RYSE. As an intuitive, she utilizes this gift to aid in creating balance with your spirit, body and mind, by diving into the states of consciousness beyond the limits of personal identity. She has also been in practice as a massage therapist since 2004, as an intuitive therapist she will customize your sessions with Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Rain-Drop Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Polarity, Reiki, RYSE, Soul Retrieval and other modalities to suit your needs.
