My Mother goes to her and seems to really like her...I did have a very disturbing conversation with one of the nurses. but I think she was trying to make sure my mom was getting what she needed

First visit with Dr. Aw she was very rude. She walked into the room and said, " Oh You so fat!!!" She got out her calculator and her finger went flying. "You must eat 4,000 calories a day just to maintain present weight!" I told her, ummmm no that is not really how it works and things went down hill from there. After a year with her care, I was in a car wreck and one day the pain was unbearable, I called and needed to talk to her. She wasn't in but they would page her. No call. Next day I called again and she was on call, I thought for sure she would call me, nope. Friday was the next day and again she would not come to the phone so I called Quality Care to have them call her to give me a call. On Monday I got a letter stating that since I complained about my care, which I didn't, she was dropping me. She is a horrible doctor. C- student in college for sure.

I have seen Dr. Aw twice, first visit was to establish care and she was very thorough. The second visit was b/c I was having headaches, I felt that she didn't want to help me figure out a solution instead told me to continue doing what I was already doing at home. Ended up seeing my eye dr and figuring out on my own. Next time I needed to be seen I was scheduled with PA who again was very patient and listened to my problem in detail.

Because Dr. Aw is a younger physician, I would've expected her to treat me like a friend because I am also young. She was very professional, but just very dry and boring and did not make me feel welcomed as a pt. I felt like she was more annoyed than anything, and I was just there for an annual physical.
