Kevin L. Mueller completed the restorations. I continued with Kevin L. Mueller's prescribed intervals for checkups and cleanings and was always told everything looks fine, no problems. Suddenly I discovered my teeth were infected, loose, and beginning to fall out. If you would like to avoid similar lengthy, debilitating, painful, and traumatic experiences which I have endured as a result of Doctor Kevin L. Mueller, do not use this doctor/dentist. If you unfortunately already had any unpleasant experience with Doctor Kevin L. Mueller, the prescribed corrective action is to file a complaint with the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners.
