I had called with a complaint on one or the Doctors. that work under him. He was amazing. He listened to understand and assured me the issue would be handled. He didn't do as most hospitals would and side with the Dr. but agreed the Dr. "missed the mark" and assured me he would provide him with the medical training necessary to not make the mistake in the future. He was respectful and concerned. He pulled up my labs and followed threw with checking on me to see everything was going fine and he did it all in a professional manner. I highly recommend this Dr. to anyone in need of care.
