You can get a watch or even set a timer and reminder on your phone for your sleep schedule. Try to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep every day, you could even do so in smaller naps. And try to stick to the sleep schedule regardless of any change in daily plans.

2. Restart An Old Hobby

Old hobbies are the best way to keep a vacant mind engaged. As you may know, an empty mind is the most harmful thing to yourself. So to keep yourself engaged in some task, you must revisit an old hobby.
